Propertylink, a leading investment manager of institutional, investment grade Australian industrial, logistics and commercial property, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Dawes as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr Dawes has more than 17 years of experience in property investment management. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Propertylink’s Chief Operating Officer since 2014 in addition to his role of Head of Investment Management since 2009.

Mr Dawes starts his new role immediately. Propertylink Managing Director Stephen Day will take on the new role of Executive Director and also become Vice Chairman of Propertylink.

Propertylink is also pleased to announce the appointment of Casey Greenberg as General Manager – Capital Transactions effective immediately. Mr Greenberg has been promoted following success in his previous role of National Capital Transactions, Industrial at Propertylink where he joined in 2014
