Stuart has over 19 years’ experience in the office, industrial and retail property sectors. He has held executive positions in investment banking and investment, funds and asset management in Australia and Europe across debt and equity real estate markets.
As Chief Executive Officer, Stuart is responsible for all aspects of Propertylink, with a strong focus on leading the strategic direction of the Group.
Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Stuart was Propertylink’s Chief Operating Officer, in addition to his role as Head of Investment Management.
Stuart has been directly responsible for capital raising from global wholesale investors into the funds and mandates that Propertylink has created and overseeing the performance of these investments. Under Stuart’s leadership, the PLG investment management business grew from $36 million to over $1.9 billion in assets under management in 5 years.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Peter has 28 years of property market experience across the industrial and office sectors within Australia.
As Chief Investment Officer, Peter is responsible for the strategy and performance of Propertylink’s wholly owned industrial portfolio and external funds. He has a strong track record in the execution of real estate investments and leasing transactions with well established relationships across the market.
Peter has a long standing history with Propertylink. He has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the property team and has led the acquisition of all properties owned and managed by Propertylink. Further, he supports the growth of the investment management business through new joint venture and capital partner relationships on direct property opportunities.
Prior to his role at Propertylink, Peter held senior roles with Jones Lang LaSalle, Lend Lease, Dexus and Valad.
Peter holds an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation), is a licensed real estate agent and was a long-term member of the Property Council of Australia’s Industrial Committee.
Rebekah leads the legal, insurance, compliance and governance functions at Propertylink.
With functional responsibility for Propertylink’s framework, Rebekah administers licensing requirements and manages compliance across a number of regulatory regimes. Since joining the Group she has enhanced the risk management framework and implemented a number of corporate management systems to strengthen compliance and governance.
Rebekah supports the investment management platform through the establishment of legal entities and has participated in the establishment of eight new funds. Further, she leads the legal and insurance function across the business.
Rebekah commenced her legal career with leading national litigation firms before transitioning to in- house roles with international and ASX listed entities. She has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of law, compliance and company secretarial with entities including Swiss Reinsurance Company and the Charter Hall Group.
Rebekah is admitted to practice as a lawyer in NSW, holds a Master of Law from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney. She is also a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Stephen has a career spanning over 32 years in the property industry in a variety of executive roles in Australia and overseas. Stephen is currently an Executive Director of Propertylink, a role in which he is responsible for establishing and maintaining wholesale investor relationships, leading merger and acquisition activities and supporting the business in the assessment and implementation of investment strategies.
Stephen was the Managing Director of PHL until 2016, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and day to day leadership of PHL. Stephen’s early property career included 10 years at Lend Lease Corporation, after which he was the founder and Managing Director of Valad Property Group from 1995 to 2004, and Executive Chairman until 2008. At Valad, Stephen guided strategic growth to achieve in excess of $10 billion in AUM. In 2009, he founded Echo Capital, which merged with Propertylink in 2011.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), sits on the Australian Chapter Board of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Tony has over 30 years of experience in finance across the property and financial services industries.
Tony is responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury functions at Propertylink. Prior to joining Propertylink as CFO in 2015, Tony spent 8 years as Chief Operating Officer at Investorlink Group with prime responsibility for the provision of services to Propertylink.
Tony has built a strong financial management and reporting framework across the business, supported by robust systems and processes. Further, Tony maintains excellent relationships with major Australian banks and has been instrumental in the establishment of debt and hedging facilities for Propertylink’s external funds.
Between 2000 and 2007, Tony managed a polystyrene manufacturing business, helping build it from a start-up to a prominent market share position in both the Sydney and Melbourne markets. Prior to this, Tony was a business services partner with the Sydney office of Grant Thornton, a world leading provider of independent assurance, tax and advisory services.
Tony is Treasurer and Non-Executive Director of Oatlands Golf Club Limited, and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
