Propertylink recently completed the repositioning of our Clayton property, delivering a modernised 26,886sqm industrial facility for Walkinshaw Automotive under a new 15 year lease. The project which included the construction of a new state of the art corporate facility reflects the collaborative approach undertaken by Propertylink to meet the needs of a new tenant, establishing a long-term relationship and a highly attractive corporate presence for Walkinshaw.
