Propertylink recognises rising stars in Agent of the Year Awards

At an exclusive event last week, Elijah Shakir and Daniel Eramo took out the top awards at the Propertylink Inaugural Excellence in Agency Awards.

Attended by 20 of the leading leasing and capital markets agents from across Australia, and held at the Perisher Resort in the NSW snowfields, the Awards recognised agents who contributed to the success of Propertylink over the past year.

Elijah Shakir (CBRE) was awarded Capital Markets Agent of the Year. Propertylink recognised Elijah for the acquisition of 205-231 Fairfield Road, Yennora, NSW a prime 31,500sqm office and warehouse building occupied by online retailer The Iconic,

Daniel Eramo (CBRE) was named Leasing Agent of the Year. Daniel successfully leased 20,639sqm within 55 Sky Road, Tullamarine, Victoria and 82 Taryn Drive, Epping, Victoria for terms of 10 years and 3 years respectively and secured over $11 million of net rental.

Propertylink’s Chief Investment Officer, Peter McDonald said the establishment of the awards was an important step in formally recognising the contribution of agents to the success achieved by Propertylink over the year.
