Propertylink strengthens its capabilities with new National Development Manager, Sam Vincent.

Propertylink Group (ASX:PLG) welcomes Sam Vincent to the role of National Development Manager,  further enhancing and expanding Propertylink’s development and repositioning capabilities.

Propertylink Group is an internally managed Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) specialising in Australian industrial and office investments and currently has over $1.5 billion of assets under management.  The Group maintains an internally managed structure, delivering value through the strong active asset management approach of an in-house, fully integrated team.

In his role as National Development Manager, Mr Vincent will lead the development of new assets and repositioning of existing assets across Propertylink’s wholly owned industrial portfolio and external funds, driving strategy to identify opportunities for the Group to unlock further value for investors.

Mr Vincent comes to the role with extensive experience in the Australian Property Industry with over 25 years spent working across Residential, Office and Industrial property sectors with specific focus on Industrial and Logistics.

Most recently, Mr Vincent spent eight years at The GPT Group, where he was responsible for leading the Logistics portfolio, including the development and execution of GPT’s growth strategy.

In addition, Mr Vincent has held Project and Development Management positions at many large organisations such as CSR Limited, Multiplex and Hannas Group where he spent seven years as Development Manager of Group Property.
