In this article Stuart discusses the tension between tenants and strong demand for logistics properties in infill locations where land supply is scarce, along with the competing need to convert industrial land for other purposes to support population growth in city centres.

“These combined effects are benefiting rental growth and occupancy rates for the industrial sector, primarily in last-mile delivery locations, which should remain strong over the medium to long term” says Stuart Dawes.
